Who processes your data

SARL Galerie Calderone, 20 rue Levavasseur, 35800 Dinard, represented by its manager Mirko Maria Calderone, is the controller of the data collected on this website. For any question: info@galeriecalderone.com.

What we collect, and why

• Contact form and price requests: last name, first name, email, phone if you give it, and your message. To reply to you, and to follow up the exchange if it leads to a reservation or a sale (legitimate interest, then performance of a contract).
• Newsletter: first name, last name, email, and WhatsApp number if you give it. To send you our news and invitations (consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link or by writing to us).
• Orders: identity, delivery and billing address, contact details, order details. To deliver, invoice and meet our accounting obligations (performance of a contract, legal obligation).
• Reserve: email and access code, once the private space opens. To recognise our collectors and show them their collection, favourites and invitations (performance of a contract).

We collect nothing else: the website sets no advertising tracking cookies and uses no audience measurement tool that identifies you. The map viewer on the Contact page is provided by OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address when the map is displayed.

How long

• Exchanges via the contact form: three years after the last contact.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, then three years.
• Orders and invoices: ten years, the legal retention period for accounting records.
• Collectors' file: for the duration of the relationship, then three years after the last exchange.

Who has access

The gallery alone. Our technical providers access it only for the service they provide: Cloudflare (website hosting, United States, European Commission standard contractual clauses), Supabase (database and images, servers in the European Union), Google Workspace (email), and the tool used to send our newsletter. Carriers receive what is needed for a delivery. We never sell or rent any data.

Your rights

You can access the data concerning you, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, object to it, request its portability and withdraw any consent given. Write to info@galeriecalderone.com or to the gallery's registered office; we reply within one month. You can also contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Security

The website is served over HTTPS; data is stored with providers that apply current security measures; access to the gallery's files is restricted to authorised persons.
